ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit is already dismissed for default on 04.09.2013 and he has filed petition to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the application to restore the suit. The said application was dismissed, against which he has filed CRP.No.1741 of 2014. The counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this CRP and sought liberty to review his claim once the suit is restored to file and made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
