ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner and to pay pension arrears taking note of his last drawn salary as per the order dated 12.04.2007 passed in W.P.No.12597 of 2004.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
