This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that shall report before the respondent Police on the first and third sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6190 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6795 of 2023 on 27.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
