Respondents in all W.P.'s Prayer in all W.P.'s: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings dated 18.05.2016 and quash the same and subsequently direct the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to continue his job as 'Lecturer' at the 3rd respondent institution.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Management has given a letter to the petitioners stating that if the petitioners withdraw these writ petitions, they will be ready to reinstate them and therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions. It is further submitted that pursuant to the withdrawal, in the event the Management goes against the letter, then the petitioners may be permitted to re agitate the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and in view of the endorsement made, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
