Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.07.2020 for issuance of patta vide document No.3260/11 SRO, Harur and dispose of the same forthwith. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.07.2020 seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the 2nd respondent already fixed the date of enquiry on 18.11.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel would submit that the petitioner can be present for enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking in to consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
