Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to raise and cancel the conditional orders of attachment orders passed in CEP No.4/2006 dated 14.09.2006 and registered as Document No.10/2006 on the file of the 3rd respondent in terms of the final orders passed in the surcharge proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6715/2008/Sa.Pa dated 30/12/2008 by considering the representations dated 07.04.2022 and 23.05.2022.

Mr.M.Shahjahad, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.Baladhandayutham, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the 1st respondent to raise and cancel the conditional orders of attachment orders passed in CEP No.4/2006 dated 14.09.2006 and registered as Document No.10/2006 on the file of the 3rd respondent in terms of the final orders passed in the surcharge proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6715/2008/Sa.Pa dated 30/12/2008 by considering the representations dated 07.04.2022 and 23.05.2022.

3. This writ petition is disposed of, after hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representations dated 07.04.2022 and 23.05.2022, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
