Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2016 and cancel/not renew any license that has been issued to run the TASMAC Shop No. 428 and bar in the premises bearing No.11 Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai-600 014, comprised in Survey No. 344/5B measuring an extent of about 2395 sq.ft. in total.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2016 and cancel/not renew any license that has been issued to run the TASMAC Shop No. 428 and bar in the premises bearing No.11 Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai-600 014, comprised in Survey No. 344/5B, measuring an extent of about 2395 sq.ft. in total.

2. The respective learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to the lis on hand informed this Court that the issues raised in this writ petition were settled out of Court by the parties. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
