This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.vi imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode in the order dated 17.06.2022 in Crl.MP.No.1738 of 2022

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.VI imposed against the petitioners by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode, in Crl.MP.No.1738 of 2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and time granted to comply with the conditions is extended till 18.07.2022.
