This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd petitioner is studying B.Sc., Visual Communication and her University examination is scheduled between 24.05.2023 and 13.06.2023. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023 is relaxed to the 2nd petitioner alone since she is writing examination between 24.05.2023 and 13.06.2023. Thereafter, from 14.06.2023, the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30am., until further orders.
