2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18556 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024 is relaxed.
