The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that no FIR or complaint is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondents police. 3.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that since no complaint or FIR is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondents police, the respondents shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
