This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8057 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8057 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025 is relaxed.
