ORDER

The petition is to quash the final report for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120 (B) IPC.

2. Mr. T. Gowthaman, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the trial has commenced in the instance case and he may be given liberty to raise all the points before the learned Trial Court; and that the petitioners' appearance before the Trial Court may be dispensed with.

3. It is open for the petitioners to raise all the points before the Trial Court. In the light of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless the Trial Court considers their presence necessary for the progress of the trial.
