ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30562 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every first and third Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30562 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
