O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District, Chengalpattu.

2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram, while granting anticipatory bail, has imposed a condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30pm for 40 days and thereafter as and when required.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners started to comply with the order from 20th March 2015.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge, Kancheepuram is modified to the following effect: "The petitioners shall continue to comply with the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram upto 15.04.2015. Thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
