ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Section 148, 294(b), 323 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Woman Harassment Act in Crime No.464 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the the defacto complainant is the adjacent land owner of these petitioners and she had cut the crops from the petitioners' land. In this connection, there was a wordy quarrel arose between them and both parties have exchanged their blows and these petitioners also abused the defacto complainant in filthy language. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered the case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the aforesaid offences are bailable offence in nature, hence, anticipatory bail does not arise.

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Advocate (Crl.Side), the offences are bailable offences in nature. Hence, anticipatory bail does not arise. However, liberty is granted to these petitioners to file a petition before the appropriate forum and work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above observations and directions.
