O R D E R

The petitioner was removed from service by the Joint Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers Federation Limited, after conducting disciplinary proceedings. The said order was challenged before the respondent by way of statutory appeal. The appeal was preferred on 24.04.2014. However, further action was not taken to dispose of the appeal, resulting in filing this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that the appeal would be disposed of within a period of three months.

3. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner on 24.04.2014 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
