ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) It appears that this writ petition in relation to procurement of Masoor Dal (Malka) for supply to mid-day meal scheme in schools throughout Tamil Nadu has apparently been filed by a trader in food commodities doing business for ten years. It also appears that the petitioner may have a private interest. In any case, similar litigation has been entertained and is pending before the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.12658 of 2017. This writ petition at the instance of a trader in food commodities cannot be entertained and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.20413 & 20414 of 2017 are closed.
