These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to restore the CRP.Nos. 351& 352 of 2010 which were dismissed for non prosecution by this Court on 28.02.2019. Heard Mr. I.Abar Md.Abdullah, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

It is seen from the records that when the above CRPs were taken up for consideration by this Court on 28.02.2019, neither the revision petitioner nor the learned counsel for the petitioner was present. Hence this Court had dismissed the above CRPs for non-prosecution.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to restore the above Civil Revision Petitions and list the cases on 12.08.2020 under the caption 'For final disposal'. 22.07.2020 ak http://www.judis.nic.in
