The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.2480 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed in Crime No.2480 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2011 and charge sheet is also made ready. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. 3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
