Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to pass orders in compliance with the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.30394 of 2013 dated 06.02.2015.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 2.

2. From the records, it is seen that this Court has passed an order in W.P.No.30394 of 2013 dated 06.02.2015 in the following manner.

"7. In any event, the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2013, is now pending before the second respondent for changing the name in patta. Hence, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2013, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing, in which both parties can produce oral and documentary evidence and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs."

3. Thereafter, the second respondent has issued an enquiry notice asking the parties to appear as seen from the proceeding dated 01.06.2015.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have already appeared and produced the relevant records. However, the order passed by this Court has not been complied with.

5. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the appropriate orders will be passed, if not already passed, within a reasonable time.

6. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate final orders in pursuant to the enquiry notice dated 01.06.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
