This petition has been filed to grant leave to file the writ petition against the order made in Crl.M.P.No.6955/2021 dated 09.12.2021 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

2. The petitioner, who claims to be the owner of the property, registered a Criminal Complaint as against the persons, who have set up title against her.

Therefore, leave is granted.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Petition.
