ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that one Rajendran had lodged a complaint against the petitioner during the year 2021. On coming to know about the same, the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 19.07.2021 to the second respondent and instead of enquiry, the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police and only he is being enquired with regard to the complaint of Rajendran. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner gave a complaint dated 19.07.2021 to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, which was forwarded to the third respondent. Thereafter, notice was served to the petitioner on 05.08.2021 and he was called for enquriy. After receiving the notice, the petitioner, instead of appearing before the third respondent police, submit his explanation substantiating his complaint, on the contrary, approached this Court terming he is being harassed. 4.In view of the abovesaid submission, this court finds that there is a complaint lodged against the petitioner and a counter complaint is lodged by the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police with materials on 23.08.2021 substantiating his complaint and the third respondent police is directed to enquire and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
