ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has already sought for similar prayer in Crl.O.P.No. 21646 of 2017 and this Court had also ordered the same on 12.10.2017. In view of the earlier order, the present petition seeking for registering the complaint may not be maintainable.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
