CRIME NO.17 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the investigation officer daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5722/2022 dated 14.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5722 of 2022 on 14.03.2022 to report before the investigating officer dailly at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
