1. The above Crl.OPs have been ordered by order dated, 17.05.2023. The above Crl.MPs to modify the conditions have been ordered on 05.06.2023 and have been posted today for being mentioned.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The orders dated 05.06.2023 made in all the above Crl.MPs are recalled. The paragraph 7 of the order dated, 17.05.2023, made in the above Crl.OPs should be replaced with the following paragraph:- "7. Accordingly, the Petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing separate bonds for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) in each petition with common sureties for Cr.Nos.32, 47, 31 of 2023, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam, Tiruvannamalai District and the Judicial Magistrate I, Tiruvannamalai.

4. The other conditions 7(a) to 7(f) of the order dated, 17.05.2023 shall stand unaltered. Accordingly, these Crl.MPs are ordered.
