By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the land comprised in Survey No.461/5 situated at Puthur Agraharam Village, Salem West Taluk, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 18.03.2024 and 16.04.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representations on 18.03.2024 and 16.04.2024 to survey the property in Survey No.461/5D situated at Puthur Agraharam Village, Salem West Taluk, and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024 and 16.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
