ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12505 of 2020 dated 18.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.12505 of 2020 dated 18.08.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
