R.R.NO. 9 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in order passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.5646 & 5648 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.Nos.10323 & 10322 of 2020 dated 26.03.2021. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.GOPIKRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR.N.P.KUMAR, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 26.03.2021 in Crl.M.P.Nos.5646 & 5648 of 2020, this Court had relaxed the condition sought for by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the modified conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 26.03.2021 stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
