PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders providing the petitioner with a job commensurate with petitioner qualification, on compassionate grounds.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pass an order in respect of the claim of the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the Husband of the Writ petitioner Late. Kamala Kannan was working as wireman in the respondent board and passed away on 09.07.2011 while he was in service. The writ petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made a application seeking for compassionate appointment initially on 27.09.2012 and thereafter, she submitted the representations on 23.03.2013 and 24.06.2013. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the application was not considered on account of certain discrepancy and production of certain certificate which is required for consideration.

4.However, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that all the required documents have been complied with and all the certificates have been produced as sought for by the competent authority in this regard.

5.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 23.03.2013 and 24.06.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merit in accordance with the law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
