This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the 1st petitioner dated 09.10.2023 through proper channel, within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The representation itself would indicate that the petitioners are claiming their rights over the subject property, on the basis of an oral sale which was happened 30 years before. In the absence of any record to prove their title, as a matter of right, the petitioners cannot seek issuance of patta. If the petitioners establish their right before the competent civil Court, the revenue authorities shall issue patta to the petitioners. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
