This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.5992 & 5994 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.839 of 2024 dated 12.04.2024 to deposit a sum of Rs.25 laksh to the credit of Crime No.78 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and six weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.78 of 2023, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
