No. 10752 of 2020, dated 30.07.2020 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam until further orders.

ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10752 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.10752 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
