ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 04.01.2019, allowed the aforesaid writ petition, by observing that the commercial activity in S.No.131/3b, New No.131/8, Manakkal Ayyampettai, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Kodavasal Taluk, Thiruvarur, shall not be continued by the

fourth respondent (M.Arumugam), unless there is valid consent from the authorities, in his favour. Despite the same, the said Arumugam has been continuing his activity. Hence, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the welding unit run by the said Arumugam was closed on 12.07.2019 and a communication dated 12.07.2019 was sent by the Block Development Officer, Koradacheri to the Tahsildar, Thiruvarur to that effect.

3.The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
