Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the concerned records from the 2nd respondent, quash the order of the 2nd respondent dated 30.06.2001 bearing Na.Ka.No.4502/A5/2001 insofar as clause 1 of the order retaining the petitioner as junior most in the transfer place and the order of the 2nd respondent dated 28.09.2010 bearing A.T.Mu.No.7054/B2/2010 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently, direct the respondents to take into account of her entire service right from the date of joining as grade I Physical Directress while preparing the seniority list for the purpose of upgradation to the post of District Inspector of Physical Education.
