ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri at Thiruvallur District in PRC.No.4 of 2016, to expedite the proceedings

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is appearing every hearing from the year 2016. However, since the other accused has failed to attend the proceedings, the petitioner is also unnecessarily suffering. Therefore, he prayed for such direction.

3. Today the Investigation Officer is present before this Court. He had also stated that the respondent Police had executed the Non Bailable Warrant against other accused and A1 is also arrested in different cases and he would take steps to produce him before the Court concerned.

4. In such view of the matter, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri at Thiruvallur District is directed the expedite the committal proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
