This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to effect the mutation of records for Survey No.77, Sub-Division No.1 from the 3rd respondent to VST Motors Pvt. Ltd. and for Survey No.78, Sub-Division No.14 from the 4th respondent to VST Motors Pvt. Ltd. and to effect the same in the online records as well.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though he is the owner of the subject property, names of the respondents 3 and 4 is shown as owners, in the online revenue records of the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner made several representations and no action has been taken by the respondents 1 and 2 on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2/4

1 and 2 submitted that after giving sufficient opportunity to all the parties, orders will be passed by the 2nd respondent.

5. In such view of the matter, let the 2nd respondent consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2023 and pass orders on merits, after giving proper opportunity to the parties concerned, including the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
