Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in CollKpm.6263/2023/D2 dated 13.10.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to furnish the information sought for vide application dated 08.09.2023 to the petitioner, within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the second respondent dated 13.10.2023 thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner under Right to Information Act.

Though the petitioner challenged the order passed by the second respondent before this Court, simultaneously he also filed appeal before the appellate authority i.e. the first respondent as against the order passed by the second respondent and it is pending. So far, no order has been passed by the first respondent in the appeal filed by the petitioner. 3.

Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner as against the order passed by the second respondent after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already passed orders.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
