ORDER

The learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in the Execution Petition in E.P.No138 of 2015 in Arbitration Case No.3623 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Court, Salem. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the Execution Petition itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
