O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 16.12.2019 in W.P.No.3114 of 2015, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. Mr.P.Subramanian, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the second respondent has passed an order in Ka.No.1717-1 / Me.Po/Semipava /Tha1/Nipa.11/oo.2/Ko.Court Case / 21 dated 14.12.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the above proceedings of the second respondent dated 14.12.2021 with regard to calculation of the benefits, it is open to him to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.
