This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Regional Transport Authority concerned to receive petitioner's application dated 10.09.2015 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of a Auto-rickshaw permit and to consider the same.
2. Mr.M.S. Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent to receive petitioner's application dated 10.09.2015 for grant of autorickshaw permit, consider and pass appropriate orders on the same, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no orders as to the costs.
