2.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 1541 days is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission.

5.The Registry is directed to remove the name of Mr.S.Dhakshanamoorthy and print the name of Mr.C.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
