CMP.No.16045 of 2019 in S.A.No.548 of 2018 CMP.No.16045 of 2019 in S.A.No.548 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., Though by an order dated 31.01.2019, this court has called for a report from the trial court viz., I Addition District Munsif, Kallakurichi regarding the undue haste shown in disposing of the final decree application. It is seen from the records that the said order has not been communicated to the court concerned.

2. Hence, the Registry is directed to communicate the order dated 31.01.2019 to the trial court viz., the I Additional District Munsif, Kallakurichi specifically requiring the court to submit a report by 14.10.2019. The Registry shall despatch the communication requiring the trial court to submit a report by 14.10.2019 on or before 19.09.2019. Any failure in sending the communication to the lower court or in receipt of the report will be viewed seriously.
