ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.1206 of 2021 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii), 448, 406, 386 and 34 IPC and the investigation is pending before the 2nd respondent, the Inspector of Police, E-5, Sholavaram Police Station, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court, at this stage, will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
