Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the letter in Na.Ka.No. E4/30905/2012 dated 10.07.2013 from the Respondent and quash the same, consequently, direct the Respondent to issue Legal Heir Certificate as per the Petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2016.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
