This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to measure the petitioner's land viz., S.No.252/1, wet acre 0.65 in this acre 0.40 and the well, the present new survey number is S.No.252/1-A, hectre 0-22.50 in Vellore District, now, Tirupattur District, Kandili Panchayat, Thokkiyam Village by considering the petitioner's online e-challan dated 13.03.2024 and the application within a time stipulated by this court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was acquired by way of a registered will dated 13.11.2006 and the Revenue authorities also issued manual patta in favour of the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has given online application on 13.03.2024 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 13.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
