ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first Respondent to consider the representation dated 10.04.2026 to expedite the disposal of the second appeal proceedings arising from the second appeal application dated 3.03.2026.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner filed an RTI application seeking information on development compliance healthcare institutions from the 3rd respondent. The third respondent did not furnish the said information within 30 days. The first appeal dated 24.12.2025 was also not disposed of by the second respondent. The second appeal dated 03.03.2026 filed before the first respondent remains unregistered till date. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent to expedite the disposal of the second appeal proceedings arsing from the second application dated 03.03.2026 and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been returned in the month of April 2026 for certain defects. If the petitioner will clarify the same, an appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to re-submit the appeal before the first respondent, after compliance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
