ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.331 of 2022 on the file of 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that as per the terms of compromise, he executed a Sale deed in favour of 2nd respondent/defacto complainant's wife and received the loan amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent also acceded his submissions. The learned counsel for 2nd respondent also appeared and submitted a letter of 2nd respondent to withdraw the complaint.

4. Considering both side submissions and also the fact that the matter was settled between the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as settled out of court. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
