This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Attur, in Crl.M.P.No.43 of 2026 in STC.No.202 of 2022 dated 24.03.2026.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order dated 24.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.43 of 2026 passed by the trial Court, the petitioner was recalled and cross examined on 01.04.2026 and 25.05.2026. He further submitted that the cross examination has been completed and the case has been posted for questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 09-06-2026 Jd To
