PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 17.04.2017 and further to direct the 2nd respondent to disburse the amount to the petitioner for which he is legally entitled as per the G.O.(Ms).No.111/Higher Education (C2) Department, dated 25.05.2010 thereby to revise his salary by increading the AGP from Rs.8000 to Rs.9000/- to the pay band of Rs.37,400/- - 67,000/- with effect from 13.10.2010 and further to pay the arrears for the remaining service years.
